It’s not always on top

I purchased the calculator so I can use it with my online budgeting program (using Safari) and as soon as I open the calculator, I lose safari and it opens up on the desktop. My free calculator does that. I thought perhaps I’m not doing something correctly so I clicked on the link for support and that took me to a page advertising a different app altogether. Disappointed.
